Our client is a global talent mobility company with over two decades of expertise in Immigration, Relocation, and Employer of Record services, offering a remote, client-facing role designed to accelerate your career growth.


Role Description

The candidate will be responsible for competitive annual revenue quota from your regional territory (North / South/ West), hunting and closing new logos in immigration, EOR, and relocation services for Indian enterprises expanding globally + inbound traveler services.


Key Responsibilities:

  • Generate qualified meetings via AI outbound + CRM campaigns
  • Execute digital, telephone, LinkedIn canvassing of target accounts
  • Conduct discovery calls, webinars, needs analysis tailor-made proposals
  • Close complex B2B deals (6-8 month cycles) through negotiation + RFI/RFP
  • Prepare winning presentations and partnership development
  • Represent at industry events/conferences (travel required as needed)
  • Accurate pipeline reporting + forecasting (weekly reviews to reporting manager)
  • Full autonomy with structured MEDDICC process - remote + flexible hours


Qualifications

  • Postgraduate in Sales & Marketing
  • 4-5+ years B2B sales in global mobility/immigration (mandatory)
  • Proven quota overachievement in complex sales cycles
  • Excellent written + verbal communication (proposals, client calls, presentations)
  • Analytical thinker - market analysis, MEDDICC, pipeline forecasting
  • Creative self-starter - thrives remotely without supervision
  • ICP fluency - Indian enterprises + inbound traveler services
