Role Overview :

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Business Development Manager (Core Sales) for our US Staffing Division. The ideal candidate will be responsible for acquiring Direct Clients or Tier-1 Vendors(System integrators), building strong business relationships, and driving revenue growth.

Requirements :

• Experience: 710 years in Core Sales / Business Development within the US Staffing industry.
• Proven track record of acquiring Direct Clients (System Integrators) or Tier-1 Vendors.
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship management skills.
• Strong understanding of US Staffing sales cycle, terms, and compliance.
• Ability to work independently in a night shift(US Time Zone) environment.
