Job Summary
Miror fem Tech is establishing a Hormone Replacement Therapy (HRT) Centre of Excellence (CoE) to
deliver safe, evidence-based, scalable, and personalized hormone health solutions for women. The
Program Head HRT CoE is a Managing Directorlevel role with full end-to-end ownership of program
vision, clinical-tech roadmap, operating structure, and commercial scale.
Program Strategy & Ownership
- Define the end-to-end HRT program vision, roadmap, and service architecture
- Translate clinical intent into scalable, tech-enabled care models
- Own the program lifecycle from concept launch scale
Clinical & Quality Governance
- Build and govern evidence-based HRT protocols in collaboration with Medical Advisors and Key
Opinion Leaders (KOLs)
- Establish patient safety, quality assurance, and clinical governance frameworks
- Ensure compliance with applicable healthcare regulations, ethical standards, and audit requirements
Operations & Execution
- Design operating structures, workflows, and governance cadence
- Define and track KPIs across clinical outcomes, experience, efficiency, and growth
- Build and lead multidisciplinary teams across clinical operations, product, and program management
Commercial & Business Leadership
- Own revenue, cost structures, margins, and profitability
- Drive sustainable unit economics for HRT offerings
- Partner with growth, product, and marketing teams to scale responsibly
Stakeholder & Ecosystem Engagement
- Work closely with Founders, Board members, clinicians, and external partners
- Represent the HRT program with regulators, partners, and strategic stakeholders
- Enable strong collaboration between medical, tech, and business teams
Success Metrics
- Clinical safety, outcomes, and adherence indicators
- Patient satisfaction, engagement, and retention
- Revenue growth with sustainable unit economics
- Regulatory compliance and audit readiness
- Strength, stability, and performance of leadership and delivery teams
Ideal Candidate Profile
Education:
- MBA in Marketing / Strategy / Healthcare Management from a Tier-1 institute; clinical or life sciences
background strongly preferred
Experience
- 10+ years in healthcare, FemTech, HealthTech, or life sciences
- Proven leadership in clinical programs, therapy platforms, or Centres of Excellence
- Strong exposure to hormone health, womens health, or chronic therapy programs
- Experience engaging with regulators, clinicians, CXOs, and Board-level stakeholders
- Demonstrated commercial ownership and large-scale execution capability
