About Fire Systems
Halma, the global group of life-saving technology companies, has launched HFI, a new fire safety solution business in India within the Safety sector. This strategic move marks the repositioning of Halma's fire segment in the region as a solution-focused business adept at catering to the complex safety requirements of partners and customers.
Position Objective
The key objective of this position is to work through a network of consultants and architects to specify Halma Fire brandsnot just at the brand level, but also by defining key product specifications based on the latest technology. From an end-user perspective, this approach creates value for customers and helps justify the premium positioning of Halma Fire companies in the market. This position also involves managing key end-customer accounts to drive accelerated business growth and profitability.
Roles and Responsibilities
Devise Effective BD Strategy for the long term and short-term growth for the Northern region.
Visit end-users to promote and build long term relationships and position.
Work closely with the design and engineering consultants across North India to create unique position for HFI products.
Planning and Overseeing new market Initiatives.
Examine risks and potentials for the business opportunity.
Work closely with Sales & Marketing team.
Help build a strong pipeline of projects with specifications and brand approvals.
Qualification & Experience
- Engineering Graduate (B.E./B. Tech) in Electronics/Electrical
- MBA from reputed Institute will be an added advantage
- Work Experience of 13-16 years overall majorly in Sales/Business Development
- Preference will be given to candidates from Fire, Security and Automation Industry
