About the Role

We are hiring a results-driven Business Development Manager with proven experience in selling Zoho products. This role requires direct experience in closing Zoho CRM / Zoho One / Zoho ERP-related deals in a B2B environment.

Candidates without prior Zoho sales exposure will not be considered.

Key Responsibilities

  • Drive revenue through Zoho CRM, Zoho One, and related applications
  • Identify, pitch, and close Zoho-based business automation deals
  • Lead and mentor BDEs
  • Own revenue targets and sales forecasts
  • Conduct client demos and negotiate contracts
  • Coordinate with technical teams for solution delivery

Mandatory Requirements (Strict)

  • 37 years in B2B IT / SaaS sales
  • Direct experience selling Zoho products (CRM / Zoho One / Zoho Creator etc.)
  • Proven revenue target achievement
  • Experience managing or mentoring sales team
  • Strong consultative selling skills

Not Suitable For

  • Candidates with only Salesforce / Freshworks / HubSpot experience
  • Generic IT sales without Zoho exposure
  • Lead generationonly profiles
  • Non-SaaS sales backgrounds
