About the Role
We are hiring a results-driven Business Development Manager with proven experience in selling Zoho products. This role requires direct experience in closing Zoho CRM / Zoho One / Zoho ERP-related deals in a B2B environment.
Candidates without prior Zoho sales exposure will not be considered.
Key Responsibilities
- Drive revenue through Zoho CRM, Zoho One, and related applications
- Identify, pitch, and close Zoho-based business automation deals
- Lead and mentor BDEs
- Own revenue targets and sales forecasts
- Conduct client demos and negotiate contracts
- Coordinate with technical teams for solution delivery
Mandatory Requirements (Strict)
- 37 years in B2B IT / SaaS sales
- Direct experience selling Zoho products (CRM / Zoho One / Zoho Creator etc.)
- Proven revenue target achievement
- Experience managing or mentoring sales team
- Strong consultative selling skills
Not Suitable For
- Candidates with only Salesforce / Freshworks / HubSpot experience
- Generic IT sales without Zoho exposure
- Lead generationonly profiles
- Non-SaaS sales backgrounds
