Location: India (Remote work mode)

Job Description


  • Pivotal role to expand India market.
  • Develop new business through existing and potential customer and distributor networks.
  • Understanding of technology (MCUs, Memory) pain points and competitive solutions.
  • Serve as the primary contact and manage customers' individual needs.
  • Analyze the competitive landscape, market conditions, and collaborate with FAE and Marketing teams to define and implement sales strategies and plans.
  • Meet and exceed annual sales and DWIN targets within assigned accounts or territories, continuously monitoring year-to-date performance.
  • Foster, build, and sustain strong, positive, long-lasting customer and distributor relationships by understanding their business needs and objectives.
  • Consistently track and report on account statuses, prepare sales reports for internal and external use.
  • Achieve yearly Market Share Growth.
  • Collaborate with Marcom/FAEs and product teams to organize global trade shows/exhibitions to showcase new products and technologies, enhancing brand awareness and generating new business opportunities.
  • Resolve conflicts and provide solutions to customers and internal teams promptly.
  • Be resourceful and proactive, driven by an entrepreneurial spirit and a sense of urgency.
  • Requirement for frequent travel to support customer relationships.




The Successful Applicant


At least a Degree/Diploma in Electronics, Electrical Engineering, or a related field.

At least 10 years of sales experience in the semiconductor industry, handling regional customers previously.
