Role Description
We are seeking a full-time Business Development Manager for the Modular Furniture Industry. This is an on-site role based in the Mumbai Metropolitan Region. The Business Development Manager will drive sales growth, build strategic partnerships, and develop new business opportunities. The role involves identifying prospective clients, building relationships, preparing proposals, and collaborating with the design and production teams to meet client requirements. The person will also oversee market research to understand trends, analyze competitors, and contribute to strategic planning for business expansion.
Qualifications
- Experience in Business Development, Sales Management, and Client Acquisition
- Ability to conduct Market Research, analyze trends, and identify business opportunities
- Strong interpersonal and relationship-building skills to foster lasting client partnerships
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills
- Knowledge of or experience in the Modular Furniture Industry or a closely related field
- Strategic thinking and problem-solving abilities
- Bachelors degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field; an MBA is an asset
- Proficiency in CRM software, project management tools, and Microsoft Office Suite
