Were hiring: Business Development Manager (Creator & Brand Partnerships)

Location: On-site | Mulund, Mumbai

Employment Type - Full Time.

Were looking for someone who understands the creator economy and knows how to close brand deals! His role is focused on bringing brand partnerships for our creators, pitching ideas, negotiating commercials, and closing deals.

Important:

We are only considering candidates from media, entertainment, advertising, influencer marketing, brand partnerships, or related marketing fields.

Please Note - If your experience is primarily in pharma, IT, SaaS, or unrelated industries, this role wont be the right fit.

Were looking for someone who already understands how brand collaborations and marketing budgets work within the media ecosystem.

Experience required:

35 years (up to 7 years maximum)

What youll do:

Bring in brand deals for our creator network

Reach out to brands and pitch collaboration ideas

Negotiate and close partnerships

Build long-term brand relationships

Work closely with creators and internal teams

What were looking for:

Strong communication and negotiation skills

Confident in email, LinkedIn, and call-based outreach

Experience in brand partnerships or influencer marketing

Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment
