Job Description: We are looking for someone focussed, ambitious and dedicated to join our dream team for the next phase of growth who will join the company for a long term.
Location: Nariman point
Working model: Hybrid (12 days WFO/ rest WFH)
Days: Monday - Friday
Timing: 10:30am - 7:00pm
Budget- 45k
Responsibilities:
- Identify and target potential clients in various industries who could benefit from our social media services.
- Develop and execute effective strategies to generate leads and convert them into long-term clients.
- Build and maintain a robust pipeline of potential business opportunities.
- Create compelling and customised pitch decks tailored to the specific needs and objectives of potential clients.
- Conduct persuasive presentations to showcase the agency's capabilities, services, and success stories.
- Adapt pitch strategies based on client feedback and market trends.
- Cultivate and nurture relationships with key decision-makers and stakeholders.
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure a seamless transition from pitch to project initiation.
- Act as a trusted advisor to clients, providing insights and recommendations to enhance their social media presence.
- Stay abreast of industry trends, competitive landscape, and emerging opportunities in the social media space.
- Maintain and enhance our website and social media accounts.
- Analyse market data to identify potential areas for business expansion and client engagement.
- Work closely with the creative and account management teams to develop integrated solutions that meet client objectives.
Requirements:
- Proven experience in business development, preferably in a social media agency or related industry.
- Strong understanding of social media platforms, trends, and best practices.
- Exceptional communication and presentation skills.
- Ability to create and deliver persuasive pitch decks.
- Track record of meeting and exceeding sales targets.
- Excellent relationship-building skills and a customer-focused mindset.
