Job Description
Hiring for Business Development Manager with experience, preferably with Cosmetics / Ayurveda Wellness / Nutraceutical Supplements products category who can handle B2B divisions of
Earth's Soul Ayurveda Pvt Ltd , handling Contract Manufacturing / Private Labelling , Corporate & Institutional Sales and Digital Sales of NatureCode in - house brand of Earth's Soul Ayurveda for Domestic & International Markets
Job Location - Greater Noida
- Responsible for developing contract manufacturing / private labelling business for company in Ayurveda / Nutraceuticals / Skin Care / Hair Care / Personal Care products categories .
- Handling Corporate Sales & Institutional Sales , building network and making NatureCode brand available for B2B Sales
- Give inputs in company to launch new products in the market as per the market requirement
- Managing all Digital Sales of the brand , coordinating with different digital & Ecommerce teams working on NatureCode , to grow Brand Awareness & Sales through Meta & Google
- Should be able to manage work on B2B portals Domestic & International and generate revenue for company
- Give ideas & implement work to grow company's overall sales through different channels of business development collaborations with different industry
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills; the ability to call, connect, and interact with potential customers.
- Convert potential business leads into prospective clients to grow company sales
- Understanding client needs and offering solutions and support.
- Connect with companies dealing or wanting to deal in Ayurveda / Nutraceuticals / Skin Care / Hair Care / Personal Care as clients
- Exposure in handling lead generation/client acquisition in the Wellness / Beauty industry for contract manufacturing
- Should have experience in targeting International Market / Buyers who want to get products manufactured in India
Required Candidate profile
- Experience in B2B sales or business development, preferably with Cosmetics, Ayurveda Wellness, or Nutraceutical Supplements products
- Experience in targeting international markets or buyers who want to get products manufactured in India
- Exposure in handling lead generation or client acquisition in the Wellness or Beauty industry for contract manufacturing
- Candidate should be from a commutable distance to Greater Noida or should be willing to relocate from far off places
