Dr Vijay has a vision to simulate such centres with the assistance of technology and highly driven business development manager.

Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Business Development Manager located in Bengaluru. The Business Development Manager will identify new business opportunities, build and nurture relationships with prospective clients, and develop strategies to expand the company's market presence. Key responsibilities include meeting sales targets, conducting detailed market research, preparing business proposals, and collaborating with cross-functional teams to align business strategies with organizational goals. The role will also involve negotiating and closing business deals while maintaining extensive knowledge of current market conditions.

• Proficiency in market research, analytical thinking, and strategic planning
• Excellent negotiation and contract management abilities
• Effective communication, interpersonal skills, and customer relationship management
• Proven track record of achieving sales targets and driving revenue growth
• Proficiency in using CRM tools and business analytics software
• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field
• Experience in the healthcare or medical services sector is preferred but not mandatory
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects simultaneously
