The Role


We are looking for a driven B2B Sales Professional who enjoys building conversations with decision-makers and converting opportunities into long-term clients.

We are looking for someone who:

  • Understands customer hesitation
  • And finds creative ways to move deals forward

Key Responsibilities


  • Own the complete sales cycle from prospecting and discovery to product demo, negotiation, and closure.
  • Initiate conversations with decision-makers (founders, sales heads, marketing leaders) across target industries.
  • Understand the clients current sales follow-up process and position CREGX as a practical solution to improve engagement and conversions.
  • Deliver focused product demonstrations that clearly communicate business value and outcomes.
  • Handle objections with curiosity and clarity, identifying the real reason behind a No and moving the conversation forward.
  • Build and maintain a strong pipeline through consistent outreach, follow-ups, and relationship-driven selling.
What We Look For


  • 310 years of B2B sales experience
  • Experience selling SaaS, technology, or business solutions
  • Comfortable engaging with founders, sales heads, and decision-makers
  • Strong communication and presentation ability
  • Self-driven with a problem-solving mindset

Experience selling into Manufacturing, Education, or Real Estate sectors is a plus.

Compensation


Fixed Salary: 75,000 85,000 per month

Incentives: Performance-linked commission on closures

Hyderabad (with client meetings and demos)
