Salary: Best in Industry

Working Hours: 9:30 AM 6:30 PM

Working Days: 24/30 & 25/31

Requirement: Candidate must own a laptop and supporting equipments


Role Overview

Brandhype is seeking a performance-driven Business Development Manager with prior experience in a digital marketing agency. The ideal candidate must have a strong understanding of digital marketing, performance marketing, SEO, social media marketing, and website development services, along with a proven ability to acquire and close high-value clients.

Key Requirements

  • Minimum 2 years of experience in business development within a digital marketing or web development agency
  • Proven track record of selling digital and website solutions to brands and corporate clients
  • Strong understanding of SEO, paid ads, social media marketing, and web development services
  • Experience managing the complete sales cycle from lead generation to deal closure
  • Strong proposal writing, presentation, negotiation, and pitching skills
  • Ability to generate leads through LinkedIn, networking, references, and outbound outreach
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Bachelors Degree or MBA preferred
  • Self-motivated, target-oriented, and organized professional

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and implement strategic business development plans aligned with company growth objectives
  • Generate high-quality leads and convert them into long-term accounts
  • Achieve assigned revenue and profitability targets
  • Build and maintain relationships with brands, startups, and marketing decision-makers
  • Prepare customized proposals for digital marketing and web development services
  • Conduct client meetings (virtual and in-person) and close deals
  • Maintain and manage the complete sales pipeline and CRM
  • Represent the agency at networking events and industry forums
  • Stay updated with evolving digital trends and competitive offerings
