Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role located in Mumbai & Pune for a Business Development Manager. The Business Development Manager will focus on identifying new business opportunities, building and maintaining client relationships and developing strategic sales plans. They will also conduct market research, create proposals, negotiate contracts and work closely with internal teams to align business goals. The role will drive market expansion and oversee growth initiatives within the companys business domains.


Qualifications

  • Excellent ability in business development, market research, and strategic planning
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills for building and maintaining client relationships
  • Proficiency in contract negotiation, proposal creation, and sales techniques
  • Understanding of Fire Safety, and Safety Product Distribution industries
  • Experience in team collaboration and ability to work towards meeting and exceeding growth objectives
  • Bachelors degree in any Faculty, Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.


Eligibility and Requirement

  • Min 3-4 years of experience in sales and business development profile.
  • Proven capacity to reach and beyond sales goals.
  • Proficiency in market development and making sales strategy.
  • Outstanding negotiation and communication skills.
  • Well-versed in CRM and Microsoft Office.
  • Self-driven with an emphasis on outcomes sharp thinker and quick learner.
  • Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
