We are looking for aBusiness Development Manager who thrives on closing deals, building relationships, and bringing new corporate clients to the company.
This is arevenue-generating rolewhere your ability to network, pitch creative ideas, and close high-value projects will directly influence your earnings and career growth.
- Identify and acquire new corporate clients for events, conferences, brand launches, and experiential activations.
- Develop strong relationships with marketing heads, HR leaders, and brand teams.
- Generate leads through networking, referrals, and industry connections.
- Meet decision makers and present event concepts and company capabilities.
- Understand client objectives and convert them into impactful event solutions.
- Prepare proposals, budgets, and presentations.
- Negotiate contracts and close deals.
- Become a trusted partner for clients' event and engagement needs.
- Drive repeat business and long-term partnerships.
- Ensure client satisfaction from pitch to execution.
- Work closely with internal teams to translate client ideas into unforgettable event experiences.
We are looking for someone who:
- Lovessales, networking, and relationship building
- Is confident meeting CXOs, marketing heads, and decision makers
- Has strongnegotiation and closing skills
- Is highly motivated bytargets and incentives
- Can think creatively when pitching event concepts
- 37 years inbusiness development / corporate sales
- Experience inevents, hospitality, advertising, or experiential marketingis preferred
- Strong corporate network is a big advantage
