Note: This is an onsite job. We are looking for immediate joiners. Candidates with below 2 yrs of experience & notice period more than 15 days need not apply. However then can refer suitable candidates for this role.


Role Description:

We are looking for a competitive and highly motivated Business Development Manager to drive SaaS sales in the Indian & global markets. You will build CXO-level connections, manage end-to-end sales cycles and close deals. This role demands strong domain knowledge of Indian IT/software companies, structured daily reporting and direct engagement with the Founder of Techyons.


Working Schedule:

  • Monday to Saturday:10:00 AM to 7:00 PM
  • Sundays :Holiday


Role & Responsibilities:

  • Assist in identifying and researching potential B2B leads across Mumbais IT, startup and SME ecosystem.
  • Support outreach via cold calling, LinkedIn messaging and email campaigns to engage decision-makers.
  • Shadow and assist senior BDMs during client meetings, product demos and presentations.
  • Maintain and update the lead database and CRM with accurate, timely information.
  • Help prepare daily sales activity reports, pitch decks and client-facing documents.
  • Participate in strategy discussions with the founder and contribute ideas for pipeline growth.
  • Attend networking events, startup meets and industry forums to build brand awareness.


Preferred Candidate Profile:

  • Strong understanding of the workings, terminologies and sales processes of Indian IT/software companies.
  • Existing CXO-level connects in the Indian IT/software ecosystem is a significant advantage.
  • Candidates with valid Driving License and own vehicle will be preferred.
  • Local candidates from Mumbai & Bengaluru will be preferred.
