Key Responsibilities

Identify and acquire new clients for Gulf / overseas recruitment

Develop and execute strategic business growth plans

Build strong relationships with HR managers and overseas employers

Generate leads and manage the complete sales cycle

Negotiate contracts and close recruitment agreements

Coordinate closely with the recruitment team for timely fulfilment

Achieve and exceed revenue targets

Candidate Requirements

Proven experience in Gulf recruitment business development (mandatory)

Strong network of Gulf-based clients and employers

Sound knowledge of overseas manpower recruitment processes

Excellent negotiation and communication skills

Commercially focused with a results-driven mindset

Ability to work independently and consistently achieve targets
