Job Description

Role Responsibilities:


We at #AmbujaNeotia are looking for seasoned professional who will drive strategic land acquisition and project identification initiatives through market research, feasibility studies, tender participation, and commercial evaluation to enable sustainable business growth. This requires on-field/ ground presence to study the market and also requires travel to other geographies.


This is a key position within the organization and will require working closely with senior management.


Key Responsibilities:


  • Identify new land acquisition and joint development opportunities aligned with company's growth strategy
  • Conduct detailed feasibility studies, including financial modelling, IRR analysis, cash flow projections, and sensitivity analysis
  • Evaluate land parcels from commercial, regulatory, and legal feasibility perspectives
  • Participate in and manage tendering processes, including bid preparation and documentation
  • Perform in-depth market research across the real estate market
  • Develop financial models and investment appraisals using advanced Excel tools
  • Prepare high-quality presentations and investment notes for senior management decision-making
  • Coordinate with legal teams for due diligence and land documentation review
  • Engage with landowners, brokers, government authorities, and consultants
  • Track competitor developments, pricing trends, and regulatory changes
  • Travel extensively for site visits, negotiations, and market intelligence gathering
  • Work under tight deadlines and high-pressure situations during bid and acquisition cycles
  • AI proficient in preparing high-impact and decision-making presentations.
  • Evaluation process, including physical inspection of land under consideration for acquisition
  • Stay updated with real estate markets, trends, and best practices
  • Network with landlords, builders, and Channel Partners


Education & Experience:


  • MBA in Finance (mandatory)
  • Minimum 7 years of experience in real estate business development
  • Strong expertise in financial modelling and feasibility analysis
  • Excellent command over Microsoft Excel (advanced financial modelling)
  • Background or exposure to legal aspects of land acquisition preferred
  • Strong understanding of the real estate market
