Qualifications:

• Minimum 10 years of experience in Business Development
• Mandatory experience in Marketing Agencies (Agency background is required)
• Proven track record in sales growth and client acquisition
• Strong knowledge of market research and strategic planning
• Excellent communication, relationship-building, and negotiation skills
• Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities
• Proficiency in CRM tools and Microsoft Office
• Bachelors degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field
