About the Company: Adsai is a next-generation advertising agency creating AI-powered ad films that dont look like AI. We operate across 8 verticals covering creative production, performance marketing, branding, and AI-driven growth solutions.

About the Role: We are not looking for a typical sales professional. We are looking for a creative dealmaker who can initiate conversations, pitch powerful ideas, and convert opportunities into revenue.

Responsibilities:

• Lead Generation
• Identify and approach brands that need advertising, creative production, or AI solutions.
• Meet founders, brand owners, and marketing heads.
• Generate leads through field visits, networking, and outreach.
• Own the pipeline, cold, warm, or unexpected meetings.

• Pitching & Closing
• Understand brand challenges and tailor pitches accordingly.
• Sell ideas, growth, and business impact, not service lists.
• Support or independently close deals.

• Client & Internal Coordination
• Translate client discussions into clear briefs.
• Work closely with the creative and ads teams.
• Bring market insights, trends, and competitor intelligence.

Qualifications:

• 7+ years of experience in advertising, branding, or marketing.

Required Skills:

• Strong communication and persuasion skills.
• Understanding of digital ads (Meta / Google).
• Strategic, adaptable, and target-driven mindset.
• Ability to work independently and take ownership.
