Position: Business Development Manager

Experience: 38 years in Business Development (USA)

Location: Sector 68, Noida (Onsite)

Reporting Manager: VP

Shift: Monday - Friday (7:30 PM to 4:30 AM)

Qualification Required: Any Graduate


Position Overview:

As a US Staffing Business Development Manager (BDM), the candidate will be responsible for generating new business, fostering long-term relationships with clients, and achieving revenue goals within the staffing industry. This role requires a deep understanding of the staffing industry, excellent communication skills, and a proven track record in sales and business development.


Key Responsibilities:

  • Proven track record of success in business development and sales within the US staffing industry.
  • In-depth knowledge of the US staffing market, including current trends, key players, and client needs.
  • Strong network of contacts within the US staffing industry and experience in building new business relationships.
  • Bringing in new business generation by meeting potential clients to understand needs and providing relevant solutions.
  • Crafting business proposals and contracts to draw in more revenue from clients.
  • Strong negotiation and presentation skills to win new business and close deals successfully.
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, target-driven environment and meet challenging deadlines.
  • Identify client requirements and maintain relationships to serve clients in a better way.
  • Excellent presentation and written communication skills in consultative settings, interacting with compliance/hiring managers and business owners.
  • Effectively present our services to new clients.
  • Identify potential clients in the target market.
  • Attending networking activities to research and connect with prospective clients.


Qualifications and Requirements:

  • Bachelors degree in business administration, sales, marketing, or a related field. An advanced degree is a plus.
  • Should have a strong hold in the US staffing industry.
  • Proficient in using CRM software and other sales tools to track leads, manage accounts, and generate reports.
  • Should have experience in bringing both permanent and C2H clients.
  • Should have been in the managerial role for at least 1+ years and managed a team of 23 BDEs.
