Location: East of Kailash, New Delhi

Qualification: MBA in Marketing

Experience: 8 to 10 Years

Salary: 6 to 8 LPA + Travel Allowances

We are hiring a result driven Business Development Manager for an organisation working in the Skill Development sector.

Candidates with experience in government projects, CSR partnerships, livelihood programs, and training initiatives will be highly preferred.

Key Responsibilities

Lead business development initiatives in the skill development ecosystem

Identify and secure new projects, partnerships, and training mandates

Build relationships with government departments, corporates, and implementation agencies

Manage proposal development including presentations and negotiations

Coordinate with operations and training teams for project execution

Drive expansion across new regions and states

Required Expertise

Experience in skill development projects

Strong project acquisition and partnership development ability

Strong communication and negotiation skills

Experience working with CSR projects and funding mechanisms

Understanding of NSDC guidelines and compliance frameworks

Ability to manage multi location operations

Travel

Frequent travel may be required depending on project requirements.
