Job Opening: Technocommercial Executive / Business Development Manager - Medical Devices

Role Overview

A&C PharmaSpecialities LLP is seeking a Technocommercial Executive for its Medical Devices Division. The role requires a blend of technical understanding and commercial acumen to support business development, client engagement, and product positioning within the pharmaceutical and medical devices sector.


The candidate will work closely with sales, procurement, regulatory, and management teams to drive growth and strengthen customer relationships.


Key Responsibilities

Technical Responsibilities

  • Provide technical support for medical device portfolio (Prefilled Syringes, Safety Devices, Pens & Auto-injectors, Nasal Spray Systems, etc.)
  • Understand customer requirements and propose suitable device solutions
  • Coordinate with international partners/manufacturers on specifications and documentation
  • Support regulatory documentation discussions when required
  • Conduct product presentations and technical discussions with pharma clients


Commercial Responsibilities

  • Prepare techno-commercial proposals and quotations
  • Handle pricing discussions and negotiation support
  • Coordinate with procurement and supply chain teams
  • Support tender submissions and documentation
  • Assist in forecasting and sales pipeline management


Candidate Profile

  • Experience: 35 years in Pharmaceutical / Medical Devices industry
  • Exposure to drug delivery systems or medical devices preferred
  • Strong understanding of pharma formulation companies and API manufacturers
  • Prior experience in handling procurement teams and commercial negotiations is a plus
  • Ability to bridge technical discussions with commercial strategy


Qualifications

B.Pharm / M.Pharm / B.Sc (Pharma)


Or related Science / Marketing background
