Role Type: Individual Contributor Revenue Owner


Role Context

This is not a relationship-maintenance role . This is a revenue-ownership role .


At Recrivio, BDM / SDMs are partners to the founding team and own the entire revenue lifecycle from prospecting to closure to account expansion. We move fast, operate with intensity, and expect outcomes, not activity theatre.


What Youll Own

  • End-to-end revenue for staffing / staff augmentation / global talent solutions
  • Building and closing pipelines through outbound, referrals, and founder-led GTM
  • Engaging founders, CXOs, HR Heads, and TA leaders in consultative sales conversations
  • Translating client needs into deployable staffing solutions with delivery teams
  • Forecasting revenue, maintaining deal hygiene, and owning monthly/quarterly numbers
  • Expanding accounts post-closure (upsell, cross-sell, repeat demand)


What This Role Is Not

  • Not a lead-support role
  • Not a 95 job
  • Not for people who wait for marketing to generate pipeline
  • Not for resume-pushing or transactional staffing sales


Who You Are

  • 4 - 8 years of experience in staffing / recruitment / staff augmentation sales
  • Proven ability to close deals , not just open conversations
  • Comfortable with high-intensity environments and short feedback loops
  • Strong in outbound motions, discovery, objection handling, and negotiation
  • Able to operate with minimal structure and high ownership
  • Clear communicator who can push back, prioritize, and execute


What Success Looks Like

  • Predictable pipeline creation within the first 1530 days
  • Consistent revenue contribution and account expansion
  • Trusted GTM partner to founders and delivery leadership
