Business Development Lead

We are building an outcomes-first solutions partner that brings together strategy, creativity, experiential, learning, and operational expertise to solve complex business challenges for organizations.

We are looking for a Business Development professional with experience in agency, media, consulting, or integrated solutions sales who can help expand our client partnerships and open new opportunities.

While we expect candidates to typically have 78+ years of experience, we are not rigid about years if someone demonstrates the ability, relationships, and drive required to deliver results.


Key Responsibilities

  • Identify and develop new business opportunities across corporate, government, and institutional clients
  • Build relationships with senior decision makers and understand underlying business challenges
  • Translate client needs into integrated solution opportunities spanning strategy, marketing, experiential, learning, and capability building
  • Lead the sales cycle end-to-endfrom prospecting and initial conversations to proposal development and closing
  • Work closely with internal strategy and solution teams to shape high-impact, outcome-led engagements
  • Build and maintain a strong pipeline and contribute to revenue growth


What Were Looking For

  • Experience in business development within agency, consulting, media, or solutions-led environments
  • Strong client relationship and consultative selling skills
  • Ability to identify larger business opportunities beyond typical marketing mandates
  • Comfort engaging with CXO and senior leadership stakeholders
  • An entrepreneurial mindset and the ability to build something new while leveraging an established ecosystem
