NyxaLabs is looking for a Business Development Intern someone driven, confident, and ambitious to help us scale our client acquisition engine at our AI-first software development studio.
About NyxaLabs:
We build AI agents, intelligent automation, mobile apps, e-commerce solutions, and cloud infrastructure for startups and SMEs. 50+ projects shipped with 98% client retention.
What you'll do:
Build prospect lists and identify decision-makers using LinkedIn and other tools
Write and send personalized cold outreach via email and LinkedIn
Qualify leads and book discovery calls for the sales team
Track pipeline metrics in CRM and optimize outreach messaging
Attend networking events to generate warm leads
Support pitch deck and proposal preparation
Who you are:
Confident communicator comfortable with cold outreach and reaching new people
Strong writer your emails are clear, sharp, and get replies
Self-starter who takes initiative without being told
Curious about tech, AI, and how software businesses grow
Pursuing or recently completed a degree in Business, Marketing, Communications, or related field
Bonus:
Experience with CRM tools (HubSpot, Zoho, Salesforce)
Familiarity with LinkedIn Sales Navigator or Apollo.io
Prior exposure to sales, lead generation, or business development
Personal project experience
