Role Description

This is a remote, commission-based Business Development role focused on driving partnerships with edtech companies.

Your primary responsibility will be to generate leads and book meetings for the sales team through any effective outbound strategy including cold emails, LinkedIn outreach, and other creative channels.

You will play a key role in expanding our presence in the edtech ecosystem by identifying potential partners and initiating conversations that convert into business opportunities.

Key Responsibilities
  • Identify and research edtech companies as potential partners
  • Run lead generation campaigns across email, LinkedIn, and other channels
  • Execute cold outreach (email, DM, etc.) to initiate conversations
  • Qualify leads and book meetings for the sales team
  • Build and maintain a pipeline of prospects
  • Collaborate with the internal team to refine outreach strategies
Compensation
  • Commission-based (earn per successful deal / conversion)
  • High upside based on performance
Qualifications
  • Strong communication skills (especially written for cold outreach)
  • Interest or experience in sales, lead generation, or growth
  • Ability to take ownership and work independently
  • Hustler mindset focused on results and outcomes
  • Familiarity with tools like LinkedIn, email automation, CRM tools is a plus
  • Interest in edtech and enterprise SaaS
