We are looking for a highly motivated Business Development Intern to support our Sales and Growth team. This role is perfect for candidates interested in B2B sales, LinkedIn outreach, client acquisition, and revenue-driven business development.

Internship Details

Internship Duration: 6 Months (Full-Time)

Working Hours: 10:00 AM 7:00 PM IST (Mandatory)

Stipend: Based on Interview

Employment Opportunity: On-roll permanent job offer based on performance


Key Responsibilities

Support business development and sales outreach via LinkedIn and email

Identify and connect with potential clients, partners, and decision-makers

Assist in lead generation, market research, and prospect profiling

Maintain and update CRM and lead tracking reports

Coordinate with internal sales and marketing teams

Help prepare pitch decks, proposals, and follow-up communication

Participate in sales meetings and strategy discussions

Track outreach performance and conversion metrics

Requirements

Strong interest in sales, business development, and client engagement

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

Comfortable with LinkedIn networking and outreach

Ability to work full-time during the specified working hours

Self-driven, proactive, and goal-oriented mindset

Basic understanding of B2B sales or digital business models is a plus

Preferred Skills

Experience using LinkedIn for professional networking

Basic knowledge of CRM tools, Google Sheets, or Excel

Good verbal and written English communication

Ability to handle targets and performance metrics
