Job Description

We are hiring a Business Development Head 3D Content Hardware to own and scale the commercial growth of a next-gen 3D content hardware ecosystem across digital platforms and modern retail. This is a build-from-zero leadership role for professionals who understand digital-first sales, performance marketingled revenue models, and emerging hardware ecosystems.


Role Highlights:


* Own end-to-end sales strategy & execution across digital, social, D2C & modern retail

* Build scalable revenue engines for 3D content hardware

* Drive performance marketingled sales (Meta, Google, YouTube, creators)

* Optimize CAC, ROAS, funnels & conversion journeys

* Create and expand D2C, marketplace & partner-led channels

* Establish CRM, funnel tracking & customer feedback loops

* Build partnerships across gaming, education, real estate, retail, media & enterprise


Ideal Background


Full-time MBA in Sales, Marketing, Business, or Technology Management

1015 years of experience in business development, digital sales, or growth roles within hardware, digital platforms, or emerging tech

Proven success in building and scaling D2C, marketplace, and performance-marketingled sales engines

Strong exposure to performance marketing metrics (CAC, ROAS, conversion funnels) and data-driven revenue growth

Track record of launching new channels, partnerships, or ecosystems from zero to scale
