About the Role

Were looking for a Business Development & Growth Revenue Manager who can drive revenue, build strong agency relationships (Brand + Entertainment), and scale our influencer & branded content business. If you understand the creator economy and have strong agency connects, youll thrive here.


Key Responsibilities (Concise + Detailed)

1. Revenue Growth & Strategic Partnerships

  • Identify high-value brand opportunities across categories.
  • Drive monthly/quarterly revenue with clear growth strategies.
  • Pitch influencer, branded content, and creator-led solutions.


2. Strong Agency Connect (Mandatory)

  • Build and expand relationships with brand agencies, entertainment agencies, PR teams & media-buying groups.
  • Regularly engage with planners, buyers, and decision-makers.


3. Pipeline Development & Management

  • Maintain a structured pipeline with lead qualification, pitching & closures.
  • Prioritize revenue-heavy opportunities and recurring clients.


4. End-to-End Sales Ownership

  • Lead outreach pitch proposal negotiation closure.
  • Create customized proposals with internal teams.
  • Ensure smooth onboarding and campaign success for repeat business.


5. Insights, Reporting & Forecasting

  • Track industry trends, competitor activities & platform updates.
  • Prepare accurate revenue forecasts and performance reports.


Required Skills & Experience

  • 47 years in BD/Revenue roles within media, digital, or influencer ecosystem.
  • Strong agency connect across brand & entertainment networks mandatory.
  • Solid understanding of creators, content solutions & digital advertising.
  • Excellent pitching, negotiation & communication skills.
  • Ability to build long-term relationships and consistently close deals.
  • Strong analytical, organisational & CRM management skills.
