Job Description

Hiring: Business Development Executive (Inside Sales)

Location: Ahmedabad, Gujarat

Shift: 6:00 PM 3:00 AM (US Shift)

Virtual Building Studio is looking for a driven and enthusiastic Business Development Executive to join our Inside Sales team. If you have 12 years of experience in International Voice Process, RPO, or BPO, and are passionate about sales, client engagement, and the US marketthis role is for you!


Key Responsibilities


Proactively generate new business opportunities via outbound calls, emails, and online platforms.

Build and nurture strong client relationships to drive repeat business.

Manage the complete sales cyclefrom lead generation to deal closure.

Maintain accurate, detailed records of interactions and activities using CRM tools.

Conduct market research to identify prospective clients and emerging trends.

Collaborate with internal teams to ensure smooth project execution and client satisfaction.



Requirements


12 years of experience in International Voice Process / RPO / BPO.

Excellent communication skillsboth verbal and written in English.

Strong negotiation, persuasion, and client-handling abilities.

Highly motivated, sales-driven, and capable of working independently and within a team.

Willing to work the US shift (6 PM 3 AM).
