Job Description

Uptrail is a UK-based career accelerator helping students, job seekers, and early-career professionals transition confidently into the tech industry. Through our structured, hands-on programmes, we bridge the gap between academic learning and real-world application in fields like data science, software development, cyber security, and cloud engineering.


Key Responsibilities

  • Generate and qualify new leads through cold calling and outbound outreach
  • Execute and manage email outreach campaigns to engage potential learners
  • Promote and sell Uptrails training programmes in Data Analysis, Business Analysis and Digital Marketing
  • Communicate programme benefits clearly to prospective learners
  • Follow up with leads and convert them into successful enrolments
  • Maintain accurate records of leads and interactions using CRM or sales tools
  • Work closely with marketing and growth teams to improve lead generation strategies
  • Achieve and exceed monthly sales targets


Requirements

  • 12 years of experience in business development, sales, or lead generation
  • Strong communication, negotiation, and persuasion skills
  • Experience with cold calling and outbound sales
  • Familiarity with email outreach or campaign tools
  • Ability to work independently in a remote work environment
  • Interest in the EdTech or online learning industry is a plus
