We are seeking a motivated and results-driven Sales and Marketing Manager to join our growing team in the Chennai. The ideal candidate will be responsible for driving revenue growth, developing new business opportunities, and managing the complete sales lifecycle. This role requires a proactive professional with strong SaaS sales experience, excellent relationship-building skills, and a strong focus on achieving targets.
Key Responsibilities:
- Achieve assigned sales and growth targets across defined markets and customer accounts.
- Develop and manage a strong sales pipeline, including accurate forecasting and reporting.
- Identify and generate qualified leads through strategic outreach and marketing initiatives.
- Build and maintain long-term business relationships with clients and partners.
- Own the full sales lifecycle from prospecting and cold outreach to negotiation and deal closure.
- Engage effectively with C-level executives and key decision-makers.
- Secure long-term service agreements and recurring revenue contracts.
- Collaborate with internal teams to align sales strategies with company goals.
- Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and customer needs to refine sales approaches.
Requirements:
- Bachelors degree
- Proven experience in SaaS sales, business development, or enterprise sales.
- Have worked before with International Customers
- Strong track record of meeting or exceeding quarterly and annual sales targets.
- Experience selling to small, mid-market, and enterprise clients.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
- Self-driven, high-energy personality with a strong hunter mindset.
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple opportunities simultaneously.
- Familiarity with CRM tools and sales forecasting processes.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Experience working in the International Market and India
- Knowledge of AI solutions, SaaS platforms, IT or digital services sales.
