Role Description

This is a full-time role for the position of Executive- Business Development. We are seeking candidates for the following locations: Bengaluru, Pune, Ahmedabad and Chandigarh.

The Executive will be responsible for market research, identifying and generating leads, establishing and nurturing client relationships, managing accounts, and contributing to the development of new business opportunities and retention. The Executive will work collaboratively with internal teams to align offerings with client needs, drive revenue growth, and expand the company's footprint in the market.

Job involves travelling within the assigned territory to serve the customers (up to 60% of the time).

Candidates should know driving with a Valid driving license.

Candidates with proficiency in English and the regional language of their location is a must.

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in Pharmacy, Biochemistry, Biotechnology, Microbiology, Lifesciences

Analytical Skills and Market Research abilities

Strong problem-solving abilities and Troubleshooting

Excellent Communication and Customer Service skills

Ability to work independently and collaboratively

Previous experience in Sales /Business development in Pharma/Healthcare

Familiarity with Microsoft Office Suites, Marketing Concepts would give critical advantage.
