About The Role


We are looking for a dynamic and result-driven Business Development Executiveto join our growing Executive Learning division. In this role, you will engage with mid- to senior-level working professionals and guide them toward high-impact executive education programs that support their career growth.

Key Responsibilities

  • Generate leads and conduct cold calling to connect with prospective learners
  • Engage with working professionals to understand career goals and recommend suitable executive programs
  • Drive consultative sales conversations via phone
  • Provide personalized academic and career counseling
  • Achieve enrollment targets and earn performance-based incentives
  • Maintain accurate records in CRM systems
  • Follow standard operating procedures for lead management and enrollment
  • Participate in training and team development sessions
  • Collaborate with internal teams to achieve shared goals
