Role Overview
We are looking for a dynamic and target-oriented Business Development Executive to expand our residential and commercial rooftop solar sales in Vadodara. The candidate will be responsible for generating leads, meeting customers, explaining solar solutions, and closing solar projects.
Key Responsibilities
Working on Given leads for rooftop solar installations
Conduct field visits and meet residential / commercial customers
Explain solar system benefits, costing, and savings
Perform basic site assessment and collect electricity bill details
Prepare proposals and follow up with customers
Close sales and achieve monthly targets
Coordinate with installation and technical team
Maintain customer relationship and references
Required Skills
Experience in solar rooftop sales or field sales
Knowledge of net metering and government subsidy process
Good communication and negotiation skills
Target-driven and self-motivated
Local market knowledge of Vadodara
Preferred
Experience working with solar EPC company
Existing customer network
Diploma / Under-Graduate (Any Stream)
