We are hiring for the position of Business Development Executive. The role is to lead the B2B team while driving multiple functions that support business growth, with Institutional Sales at the forefront and consistent revenue growth as the primary objective.
The role focuses on various task functions, including managing inbound and outbound activities across different B2B business channels. Supporting tasks include building an outreach model, qualifying leads, maintaining profiles of legacy clients, commercial structuring for different types of businesses, monitoring ads and directing campaigns across ad platforms, and executing B2B collaborations for corporates in case of demand.

Job Description
* Managing a team to focus on the growth of the B2B channel while handling the client base across corporate institutions, facility management companies, HORECA, corporate distribution, and gifting.
* Ensuring the sales function operates effectively with aggressive efforts in building strong inbound lead generation capacity and developing a multi-faceted outbound lead generation channel.
* Maintaining a base of legacy and long-standing clients as major contributors to B2B revenue. Setting up effective systems to ensure client servicing meets standards and implementing consistent, methodical customer relationship management practices.
* Data management and AI tool optimization Managing the database of all clients to date for outreach efforts and using AI tools for efficient data management.
* Monitoring ads and directing campaigns across ad platforms. Conducting weekly meetings with the performance marketing team to analyze ad performance and ensure average lead counts stay up to the mark.
* Operations coordination Maintaining a regular communication loop with the operations team to follow through on order servicing and ensuring systems are followed in a disciplined manner.
* B2B collaboration scope Keeping a lookout for potential B2B collaborations based on relevant market demand and seasonal requirements.
* Commercial structuring Maintaining cost sheets and databases for all active clients and becoming fluent in commercial structuring as per client business model requirements. Analyzing costs, budgets, and revenue margins to ensure profitability and operational suitability while keeping in mind client expectations and long-term sustainability.
* Market research Conducting ongoing market research aligned with sales. Keeping track of market trends, corporate process handling, and diligently recording product and service feedback.
