Role Overview:
Were looking for high-energy sales professionals who love targets, conversations, and closing deals. As a BDA, you will help prospective learners understand the value of our programs and convert them into successful enrollments through strategic outreach and relationship building.
What Youll Do:
- Convert inbound leads into enrolled learners
- Counsel students via calls & virtual sessions
- Drive revenue and consistently hit sales targets
- Build strong customer relationships
- Update lead activity in CRM tools
What Were Looking For:
- Bachelors degree in any field (Graduation is mandatory)
- 01 years of experience in B2C Sales / Edtech / Inside Sales
- Excellent communication, persuasion, and interpersonal skills
- High ownership and performance-driven mindset
- Willingness to work 6 days a week
- Comfortable working in a fast-paced, sales-focused environment
Compensation & Benefits:
- Annual CTC: 9,00,000 (4,50,000 Fixed + 4,50,000 Variable)
