We are hiring for a Business Development Executive role at our Mumbai office.


Department: Sales & Business Development

Work Model: 5 Days WFO Only

Experience: 2-6 Years in IT services - Cloud, Infrastructure, and Application solutions

Note: We need only IT experience. Non-IT experience will not be considered.


Job Summary:


We are looking for a motivated and results-driven Business Development Executive with 2 - 6 years of experience in IT services. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of IT solutions and services, can handle client visits and meetings to promote our IT services - including Cloud, Infrastructure, and Application solutions, building client relationships, and achieving sales targets. This role requires excellent communication and negotiation skills to effectively engage with clients and drive business growth.


Key Responsibilities:


C lient Visits: Visit clients and conduct meetings to promote IT services (Cloud, Infrastructure & Applications)Identify and research potential clients, decision-makers, and business opportunities within the IT services sector, including software development, cloud solutions, cybersecurity, and other digital solutions.


Sales Outreach: Initiate and maintain contact with prospective clients through calls, emails, social media, and in-person meetings to introduce the companys services and identify client needs.


Client Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong, long-lasting client relationships. Follow up regularly to ensure client satisfaction, address concerns, and explore additional service opportunities.


Proposal & Presentation Development: Collaborate with technical teams to prepare and present compelling proposals, quotes, and presentations to prospective clients, tailoring solutions to fit client requirements.


Market Research: Stay up-to-date with industry trends, competitors, and market conditions to identify opportunities for new client acquisition and service enhancement.


Sales Targets: Meet and exceed monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets and KPIs set by the company.


CRM Management: Accurately document all client interactions, lead information, and sales activities in the CRM system for tracking and reporting purposes.


Qualifications & Skills:


Experience: 2- 6 years of experience in business development, sales, preferably within the IT services sector.

Education: Bachelors degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Information Technology, or a related field.

Communication: Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

Sales & Negotiation Skills: Strong ability to pitch services, negotiate, and close deals.

Technical Knowledge: S trong understanding of IT services (e.g., software development, cloud computing, Infrastructure services) and technology solutions.

Self-Motivated & Goal-Oriented: Proven ability to work independently, meet deadlines, and exceed sales targets.

Organizational Skills: Strong organizational and multitasking skills to handle multiple client interactions and projects simultaneously.

Tech Savvy: Proficiency in MS Office, CRM software, and online lead generation tools like LinkedIn.
