As a Business Development Executive (BDE), you will be the first point of contact between potential clients and Shizzy. Your primary role is to connect with leads, understand their business challenges, and position our services as the right solution.

You will be responsible for handling the entire sales journey from first interaction to deal closure and onboarding.

This is a client-facing, communication-heavy, and target-driven role, ideal for someone who enjoys conversations, understands business problems, and thrives in a high-performance environment.


Key Responsibilities:
  • Call, follow up, and engage with potential leads generated through campaigns, outreach, and inbound channels
  • Understand client requirements, business goals, and challenges
  • Present Shizzys services (marketing, branding, growth solutions) in a clear and compelling way
  • Build trust and long-term relationships with prospects through professional communication
  • Manage the complete sales cycle from first call to deal closure and onboarding
  • Maintain structured records of leads, conversations, proposals, and deal status
  • Coordinate with internal teams (marketing, design, strategy) for smooth onboarding
  • Consistently achieve monthly targets related to conversions, revenue, and client acquisition
