Key Responsibilities:

• Drive business growth for TPI (Third-Party Inspection), Safety Audits, Certifications, and Process Safety services
• Identify and develop new business opportunities through cold calling, lead generation, and field sales
• Conduct client meetings, presentations, and technical discussions to promote services
• Generate and qualify leads, prepare proposals, and follow up for closures
• Achieve assigned sales targets and revenue generation goals
• Build and maintain strong, long-term client relationships
• Coordinate with technical teams to ensure smooth service delivery
• Track market trends, competitor activities, and identify potential business opportunities
• Maintain accurate sales pipeline and CRM updates
• Negotiate contracts and close deals effectively

What Were Looking For:

• 1 to 3 years of experience in service sales / business development (preferably in industrial or technical services)
• Knowledge of TPI, audits, inspections, and certification services
• Strong communication, negotiation, and presentation skills
• Ability to work independently and achieve sales targets
• Willingness to travel for client meetings and field sales

Qualification:

• Degree in Mechanical or Electrical Engineering (Mandatory)
