About the Role

As a Business Development Executive SEO Solutions, you will be responsible for acquiring new clients specifically for Schbangs SEO and Organic Growth services. This is a pure sales-focused role where you will identify potential clients, build relationships with decision-makers, and pitch SEO as a strategic growth channel. You will work closely with internal SEO strategy and consulting teams to develop tailored proposals and help clients understand the business value of organic growth. This role is ideal for individuals interested in digital marketing sales and looking to build a career in SEO business and consulting.


Key Responsibilities

New Client Acquisition

Identify and acquire new clients for Schbangs SEO and organic growth services

Prospect potential clients through cold outreach, LinkedIn, networking, referrals, and industry events

Build and maintain a strong pipeline of qualified leads for SEO services

Initiate conversations with marketing heads, founders, brand managers, and digital decision-makers


SEO Sales and Solution Pitching

Pitch Schbangs SEO services including technical SEO, content SEO, ecommerce SEO, and organic growth strategy

Educate clients on the business value of SEO, organic traffic growth, and long-term digital visibility

Work with internal SEO strategy teams to develop customized SEO proposals and growth plans

Present SEO audits, growth opportunities, and SEO roadmaps to prospective clients


Proposal Development and Pitch Support

Create customized pitch decks, proposals, and business presentations focused on SEO solutions

Collaborate with SEO, content, and analytics teams to build client-specific proposals

Support the end-to-end pitch process from requirement gathering to proposal submission and closure


Market Research and Opportunity Identification

Conduct research on potential clients, competitors, and industry trends

Identify brands with strong SEO growth potential and business opportunity fit

Stay updated on SEO trends, search algorithm changes, and organic growth strategies


Client Relationship Management

Build strong relationships with prospective and newly acquired clients

Ensure smooth onboarding of clients by coordinating with internal SEO teams

Maintain regular follow-ups and nurture long-term business relationships


Skills Required

Strong interest in business development, sales, and digital marketing

Basic understanding of SEO concepts including organic traffic, keyword rankings, and search engines

Strong communication, presentation, and negotiation skills

Ability to build relationships and influence decision-makers

Strong research and analytical thinking ability

Self-driven, proactive, and target-oriented mindset

Ability to work in a fast-paced agency environment


Preferred Background

6 months to 2 years of experience in business development, sales, or digital marketing

Experience in a digital agency, SEO agency, or marketing services company is preferred

Basic understanding of SEO, content marketing, or organic growth is a plus

Exposure to pitching digital marketing services is an advantage

Bachelors degree in Marketing, Business, Media, or related field preferred
