Job Description
We are a SEBI-registered Category III Alternative Investment Fund (AIF) focused on delivering differentiated, risk-managed, market-linked strategies to sophisticated investors. The fund follows a disciplined investment approach with an emphasis on performance, transparency, and institutional-grade processes.
Role OverviewWe are seeking a dynamic and entrepreneurial Business Development professional to drive capital raising and expand investor relationships across HNIs, UHNIs, Family Offices, MFDs, RIAs, and Institutional investors. The candidate will play a key role in scaling AUM by building deep, long-term partnerships and positioning the fund as a differentiated alternative to traditional products.
Key Responsibilities1. Capital Raising- Drive fundraising for the AIF across HNIs, UHNIs, Family Offices, Corporates, and Institutions
- Build and manage relationships with MFDs, Wealth Managers, RIAs, and Private Banks
- Lead investor meetings, presentations, and follow-ups
- Maintain and manage a robust pipeline of prospective investors
- Act as primary point of contact for investors and distribution partners
- Coordinate portfolio updates, performance communication, and investor queries
- Ensure high service standards and long-term engagement
- Identify new geographies and distribution channels
- Organize investor meets, webinars, and roadshows
- Build brand presence within the alternative investments ecosystem
- Provide market intelligence on competitor funds and investor preferences
- Work closely with the CIO and senior leadership to refine positioning
- Assist in structuring pitch decks, product notes, and fundraising materials
- 512 years of experience in wealth management / PMS / AIF / Mutual Fund sales
- Proven track record in capital raising or relationship-driven sales
- Strong network among HNIs/UHNIs, Family Offices, MFDs, RIAs, or Private Banks
- Deep understanding of capital markets and alternative investment products
- Excellent presentation and communication skills
- Entrepreneurial mindset with high ownership
- MBA (Finance/Marketing) or equivalent
- Experience in Category III AIF / Long-Short / Hedge Fund strategies preferred
- Understanding of SEBI AIF regulations and compliance requirements
