About the Role
As a Business Development Executive, you will play a central role in shaping SCGs market presence in India. This is not simply a sales position it is about creating opportunities, forging partnerships, and expanding SCGs influence across industries.
Key Responsibilities
- Identify and develop new business opportunities in construction, infrastructure, and industrial markets.
- Build and manage strong partnerships with contractors, developers, distributors, and key stakeholders.
- Translate customer needs into tailored solutions from SCGs portfolio of innovative and sustainable products.
- Conduct market research to assess trends, risks, and opportunities for growth.
- Lead proposals, negotiations, and agreements that establish long-term partnerships.
- Collaborate with internal teams and regional offices to deliver integrated business solutions.
- Represent SCG at industry events, exhibitions, and conferences to strengthen brand visibility.
Qualifications
- Bachelors degree in Business, Engineering, or related field.
- 05 years of experience in business development, partnerships, or B2B sales.
- Excellent networking, communication, and negotiation skills.
- Entrepreneurial drive and ability to thrive in a fast-growing market.
