Identify prospective students by understanding their upskilling and career development needs.
Share detailed program information via phone and build a strong enrollment pipeline.
Meet daily targets and achieve weekly/monthly enrollment goals.
Guide students on career planning and the importance of strategic education choices.
Actively listen to students and align their goals with potential career paths.

Graduate or Postgraduate degree in any field.
13 years of relevant work experience preferred.
Performance-based incentive structure for high achievers.

Ability to commute to the office location.
Work in an on-site environment.
Minimum 1 year of experience in sales or student counseling.
