Role Overview

We are looking for dynamic and result-driven Telecallers to support our Global Real Estate division Mavics (www.mavics.in). The ideal candidate should be confident in communication, capable of engaging prospective clients over calls.

Key Responsibilities

• Make outbound calls to prospective clients using company-provided leads and databases
• Handle inbound property inquiries in a professional and timely manner.
• Explain project details, pricing structures, and investment benefits clearly to potential clients. Schedule meetings or site visits for the Relationship Managers and Sales Team.
• Maintain daily calling reports and update client interactions in the CRM system.
• Ensure daily calling targets and follow-up standards are consistently achieved.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with prospective clients through effective communication.
• Coordinate closely with the sales team to support lead conversion and revenue generation.

Eligibility Criteria

• Graduate or Undergraduate in any stream.
• 6 months to 2 years of telecalling experience (Real Estate experience preferred).
• Fluent English communication is mandatory.
• Strong convincing, negotiation, and objection-handling skills.
• Comfortable working in a target-driven and performance-oriented environment

Preferred Skills

• Excellent verbal communication and interpersonal skills.
• Strong persuasion and client engagement abilities.
• Basic knowledge of CRM tools and lead management.
• Ability to manage multiple client conversations and follow-ups efficiently.
