Position: Business Development Executives Global Real Estate
Location: Gurugram, Haryana

Role Overview
We are looking for dynamic and result-driven Telecallers to support our Global Real Estate division Mavics (www.mavics.in). The ideal candidate should be confident in communication, capable of engaging prospective clients over calls.
Key Responsibilities
- Make outbound calls to prospective clients using company-provided leads and databases
- Handle inbound property inquiries in a professional and timely manner.
- Explain project details, pricing structures, and investment benefits clearly to potential clients. Schedule meetings or site visits for the Relationship Managers and Sales Team.
- Maintain daily calling reports and update client interactions in the CRM system.
- Ensure daily calling targets and follow-up standards are consistently achieved.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with prospective clients through effective communication.
- Coordinate closely with the sales team to support lead conversion and revenue generation.
Eligibility Criteria
- Graduate or Undergraduate in any stream.
- 6 months to 2 years of telecalling experience (Real Estate experience preferred).
- Fluent English communication is mandatory.
- Strong convincing, negotiation, and objection-handling skills.
- Comfortable working in a target-driven and performance-oriented environment
Preferred Skills
- Excellent verbal communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong persuasion and client engagement abilities.
- Basic knowledge of CRM tools and lead management.
- Ability to manage multiple client conversations and follow-ups efficiently.
