About the Role:
We are hiring a Full-Cycle Sales Executive to own the entire sales journey from prospecting to demo to deal closure. This is a high-impact role designed for a sales professional who thrives in taking complete responsibility for generating and converting leads to drive top-line growth.
Key Responsibilities:
Identify, research, and generate new business opportunities.
Perform cold outreach through calls, emails, LinkedIn, and referrals.
Conduct personalized demos and product walk-throughs.
Nurture relationships with leads through the entire sales funnel.
Own and drive the negotiation and closing process.
Collaborate with the marketing team to refine ICP and lead-gen strategies.
Provide feedback on product-market fit and customer needs.
Requirements:
2-5 years of full-cycle B2B sales experience, ideally in SaaS or technology.
Proven track record of hitting and exceeding revenue targets.
Exceptional communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.
Experience with CRM tools and sales automation platforms.
Ability to manage multiple deals and priorities simultaneously.
