About the Role:

Intentnetic is a performance marketing company specializing in Meta Ads and Google Ads,

working with global clients across industries.

We are looking for a Business Development Executive Performance Marketing who can take

ownership of inbound and outbound client acquisition. This role requires a mix of sales ability,

marketing understanding, and strong written communication.

You will be responsible for converting opportunities from platforms like Upwork and LinkedIn into

paying clients, with minimal supervision.


Key Responsibilities:

1. Upwork & Inbound Lead Management

Respond to inbound project invitations on Upwork

Write customized, high-converting proposals (no copy-paste)

Actively bid on relevant projects daily

Track responses, follow-ups, and conversions


2. LinkedIn Outreach & Lead Generation

Build targeted prospect lists (founders, D2C brands, service businesses, etc.)

Set up and manage outreach campaigns using tools like Dripify / LinkedIn

Test and optimize messaging to improve response rates

Generate qualified leads and book discovery calls


3. Sales Enablement & Collateral

Assist in creating case studies and proposal documents

Maintain and improve proposal templates

Work closely with the founder to refine positioning and messaging


4. New Channel Activation

Identify and experiment with new lead generation channels (e.g., Fiverr, cold email, etc.)

Continuously improve client acquisition strategies


Minimum Requirements:

24 years of experience in digital marketing / performance marketing

Hands-on understanding of Meta Ads and/or Google Ads

Prior experience in client communication, sales, or proposal writing

Strong written and spoken English

Ability to understand client requirements and craft tailored responses

Self-driven, proactive, and comfortable working with targets

Success Metrics (KPIs):

Proposal-to-response rate

Response-to-call booking rate

Call-to-client conversion rate

Monthly revenue generated
