Job Description

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead Generation. Identify and qualify potential clients. Schedule discovery calls or meetings with potential clients. Adhere to daily, weekly and monthly KPIs and targets.
  • Conduct cold calls, emails, and social media outreach to prospective clients.
  • Schedule and deliver product demos to showcase the value of OptyMatch's offerings.
  • Maintain and update the CRM system or Spreadsheets with accurate prospect information, activity details and logs.
  • Stay informed about industry trends, competitor activities, and potential market opportunities.
  • Conduct client visits whenever required to present and demonstrate our SaaS solutions.
  • Prepare customized proposals for potential clients based on their specific needs and budget.
  • Cultivate strong relationships with existing clients to promote loyalty and retention.


Requirements:


  • Experience: Business Development or Lead Generation experience is a must
  • Communication Skills: Good verbal and written communication abilities.
  • Technical Proficiency: Familiarity with CRM systems and sales tools.
  • Strong sales aptitude skills, solutions-oriented with a passion for the customer and the customer experience.
  • Tech savvy with a passion for technology and the ability to learn, comprehend, and explain technology.
  • Proactive and able to work independently to achieve targets.
