Job Description
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead Generation. Identify and qualify potential clients. Schedule discovery calls or meetings with potential clients. Adhere to daily, weekly and monthly KPIs and targets.
- Conduct cold calls, emails, and social media outreach to prospective clients.
- Schedule and deliver product demos to showcase the value of OptyMatch's offerings.
- Maintain and update the CRM system or Spreadsheets with accurate prospect information, activity details and logs.
- Stay informed about industry trends, competitor activities, and potential market opportunities.
- Conduct client visits whenever required to present and demonstrate our SaaS solutions.
- Prepare customized proposals for potential clients based on their specific needs and budget.
- Cultivate strong relationships with existing clients to promote loyalty and retention.
Requirements:
- Experience: Business Development or Lead Generation experience is a must
- Communication Skills: Good verbal and written communication abilities.
- Technical Proficiency: Familiarity with CRM systems and sales tools.
- Strong sales aptitude skills, solutions-oriented with a passion for the customer and the customer experience.
- Tech savvy with a passion for technology and the ability to learn, comprehend, and explain technology.
- Proactive and able to work independently to achieve targets.
