Job Description
Responsibilities:
- Sales Strategy Development: Create and implement effective sales strategies and processes to achieve and exceed sales targets.
- Lead Generation: Develop and execute strategies for lead sourcing, including cold calling, cold emailing, and attending industry conferences.
- Pipeline Management: Utilize Salesforce to manage leads, monitor the sales pipeline, and report on progress.
- Client Relationship Management: Build and nurture long-term relationships with architectural firms and decision-makers.
- Market Analysis: Stay informed about industry trends and competitor activities to refine sales strategies.
- Reporting: Provide regular reports to senior management on sales activities, forecasts, and results.
- Identification and qualification of leads: understanding potential customers and uploading them to Salesforce.
Requirements:
- Minimum 3 years of proven experience in sales
- Demonstrated success in achieving sales targets, particularly in remote service sales to the U.S. market.
- Strong understanding of B2B sales dynamics and strategies.
- Experience with Salesforce CRM is mandatory.
- Excellent leadership, communication, and organizational skills.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
- Experience in selling engineering or technical services is a plus.
- Familiarity with the architectural industry and its needs.
